A timber framed garage or outbuilding can be a stylish addition to your home, offering a practical multi-use space designed to your requirements. Whether you are looking for a frame to park your classic car, or a multi-use space with accommodation for the home gym and office we can combine all your requirements into your design.

We work on both one and two-storey designs, with open bays for ease of parking or barn style doors for a secure garage. If you would like to link a log store for winter convenience, or create a beautiful home for the horse with a classic stable, all if this can be combined into your design.

We offer a full design, construct and install service, with our frames constructed in our workshop in Lincolnshire. We will then bring your frame to site and can either complete the erection and fit out as part of the project, or hand the frame over to you for a supply only option.
A range of roof pitches and styles, combined with open and closed bays, make the options endless. We have constructed carports from oak, soft wood, or a combination of both to help mould perfect designs with client budgets.

Permitted development rules make single storey designs that don’t sit forward from the principal elevation, or exceed 50% of the existing house area feasible outside of planning permission. These are therefore making great options for people requiring a little more space whatever the purpose.
